Eleven years after the first Tomb Raider, Lara Croft comes back for a special anniversary, The remake of the original Tomb Raider game from 1996, uses all of the original 'worlds' from the first opus.

In Calcutta, India, in which the story opens Lara Croft is hired by famous businesswoman Jacqueline Natla who reveals she has found the location of one of the three pieces that include the Atlantean Scion, a mystical artifact buried in the heart of an ancient city, and wants Lara to get it for her.

Croft will travel to the mountains of Peru to search for it in the lost city of Vilcabamba. Since her father, Lord Croft already searched for this item; Lara does not hesitate and begins her journey through ancient tombs and forgotten worlds.
