Jill Valentine is a video game character from the Resident Evil series. Daughter of a thief, S.D Perry, she's a member of the S.T.A.R.S. team (Special Tactics And Rescue Service) and also worked for the Us Delta force.

She was born on February 14th 1975. She's a specialist of explosives and complex keyholes and excels in mechanics. She appears in the first opus of the series and in the third one: Resident evil 3 : nemesis. For her first apparition in the Spencer mansion, she wears her S.T.A.R.S uniform.

Along with Chris Redfield, her team mate in S.T.A.R.S' Alpha Team, they are deployed into the Arklay Mountains to search for her missing compatriots. Alpha Team is attacked by a several undead dogs, and retreats to the Arklay Research Facility. Valentine initially works with Barry Burton, as they inspect the mansion and discover its undead residents.

In Resident Evil 3, she returns alone and fights along with Carlos Oliveira, a U.B.C.S. soldier who is attempting to escape Raccoon City. Valentine encounters Nemesis, a super-soldier created by the Umbrella Corporation and survives the incident.
