Jak & Daxter is a trilogy created by Naughty Dog for the playstation 2. It?s a series of platform videogames.

Jak & Daxter are the two main characters in the series. Apart from Daxter on PSP, the furry creature is a non playable character but who?s always here to help Jack or simply to make a stupid comment. As of today, five games were released and the trilogy follows the same gameplay, storyline, and universe.

The series met an immediate success thanks to its beautiful graphics, its great gameplay, and mainly its tons of humor. The first game, Jak & Daxter: the Precursor?s Legacy was to the platforming genre of the PS2 what Mario 64 was to the Nintendo 64. It launched a whole new series of games (Ratchet & Clank being the most similar) and has inspired many other games since.
