Heroes of Might and Magic is a turn-base strategy videogame series developed by New World Computing and published by 3DO. As of today, there are 5 games released under its name plus all their expansions.
The series met a phenomenal success at its launch due to its wide variety of races and units, something very rare at the time. It managed to keep its fans loyal as all games keep the same gameplay and the same addictive need to do one more campaign.
In Heroes of Might and Magic, you own a castle in which you'll have to purchase buildings in order to create new units. Each castle has its own particularities and unique needs. In order to build, you'll need to search for resources all around the map. Once your army is strong enough, you can explore the lands and try to conquer your enemies' castles and/or complete your objectives.
