Dead to Rights 2 : Hell to Pay reviews
If you can believe it, Dead to Rights II actually feels like a step back in the series -- a lighter, tighter version of the first game that manages to excise some of the worst play mechanics without really improving the experience in any real way. It ends up being simply more of the same, failing to really satisfy. Kind of like 2 Fast, 2 Furious, but without the homosexual undertones.

Dead to Rights II gets the expected sequel tweaks (improved graphics, no more so-so minigames), but when a game built on nonstop action--as in, you don't even have to stop and reload your guns--turns out to be an 11-plus-hour experience in tedium and boredom, well...that's just a shame.
