The House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return is a compilation of the famous arcade game for the Nintendo Wii. It was published and developed by SEGA.
House of the Dead is one of the most famous arcade games ever. The point is simple, take a gun in your hand and start shooting thousands of merciless zombies. The game has finally been adapted to a console capable to reproduce the fun and uniqueness of this game. The Wii is the only console to offer such possibility as the game comes in a package with a Wii Zapper accessory which will make you truly feel like playing the original version.
The game is almost exactly the same in all its aspects. You point and shoot and reload and shoot again. The graphics are basically equal, so as the story line. What has been added is an "extreme mode" to test the fiercest players in House of the Dead 3. Plus, weapons can now be used to block enemies' blows (you'll have to recharge each time you use it so do it carefully). This little addition makes the game much simpler opening it up to a larger public.
The House of the Dead 2 & 3 is a classic on the Arcades and is becoming one on the Wii. The game is perfectly adapted for the console, reproducing exactly the Arcade experience. An extraordinarily fun game both alone and with some friends. To be tried by any fan of the arcade game or anyone wanting a good shooting game.
