Look at these screenshots and you'll see what's easily ShellShock's best feature: atmosphere. The lush environments and gritty visual style convey a very definite sense of time and place for this period shooter, a theme that's carried over into the dense soundscape of jungle creatures, Vietnamese voiceovers, and even the music that plays in your camp between missions.
