Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando is a platform game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, released in 2003 for the PlayStation 2. This is a single-player game.

This game is the second opus of the Ratchet and Clank series and as its predecessors it received extremely favorable reviews from the gaming press; it was praised for its excellent and extremely funny gameplay, as well as its interesting and captivating storyline.
Ratchet and Clank takes place in a fictional universe. You will play again as Ratchet (a furry alien creature) and Clank a little robot. But you will notice some changes in Going Commando, as Ratchet s personality is really different; indeed he is more willing to do tasks assigned to him. Some new characters are also features such as Angela Cross.

In Going Commando you learn that after Ratchet and Clank defeated Drek, they became famous. Clank even starred in his own television series Secret Agent Clank.
But the two heroes are called by the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Megacorp (a huge company) and are hired to complete a mission; indeed an experimental creature has been stolen from Megacorp and you have to retrieve it. Throughout the game Megacorp CEO will give you new missions.

To complete their mission the heroes are trained (including Martial Arts, Heavy Weaponry, Survival Skills, Stealth, Macrame, Ballroom Dance and Origami). You will discover that the experiments of Megacorp are eventually threatening the overall galaxy and it is your mission to save it.
