Asheron s call 2 Fallen Kings is a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) developed by Turbine Entertainment Software and published by Microsoft, released in 2002 for Windows. This is exclusively a multiplayer game.

This game was extremely well-received by critics; it was praised for its more dynamic gameplay and the innovations featured within the game with improved and amazing graphics and visuals, it provides new customizable options of your characters but also of the gameplay itself, as well as a new combat system. This game is the uploaded version of its predecessor Asheron s Call and is really a good sequel.

It takes place on the World of Dereth. The planet has been totally devastated through a magical catastrophe, and all what remains of the cities are burned-out dusks, but some with forges that barely work.

This awful disaster allowed mutated life forms to develop and inhabit the world, they are vicious creatures and beasts that know only rage and who crave for killing you.

The people of Dereth, composed of humans (Tumerok and Lugians) emerge from underground shelters to find their world in ruin. Y ou and your fellow adventurers might rebuild the destroyed world.

You will be able to generate your character and choose him/her from three races, and select his/her skills from dozens of branches on the skill trees. There are skill trees in three combat areas: melee, missile and magic.

You will have to complete several kinds of quests. You will have to travel through the huge areas provided by Asheron s Call 2 in order to gather the raw material for crafting new weapons. As warriors gather about forges to craft, that trade becomes a viable part of the game.

But you can also prefer to hunt and kill the monsters instead of working your trade and grow rich in a world where gold coins are hard to accumulate.

As for the kingdom of Dereth itself, it is divided into three land masses: Osteth, Linvak Massif and Omishan. You will initially begin on Osteth.

You simply improve your skill making an individual item repeatedly, and with each success, you become better at crafting that item and can unlock more-advanced versions of that same item.

You can try to socialize with other players, provided you can find company. Like the original Asheron s Call, Asheron s Call 2 lets you form hunting groups, known as fellowships, as well as long-term player associations known as allegiances, in which players swear fealty to a lord in exchange for protection, information, and company. Then while playing you can chat with your allegiance, your fellowship, or nearby players using a simple chat window.
