Wii fit is an exercise video game developed and published by Nintendo. The game is exclusively for the Nintendo Wii.
The Wii continues to amaze us with every game in the Wii series. After having introduced the steering wheel and all the other accessories, it is time to unveil its latest: the balance board. This accessory will allow you to train and exercise right in front of your TV while also having fun.
The balance board has the ability to measure your weight and center of gravity (adapting the game to your needs) and offers many activities for you to either work out or simply have fun with some friends. With around 40 different activities, you won't have time to get bored. They can be separated in different categories: yoga (deep breathing, standing knee, etc), strength training (push-ups, triceps extension, etc), aerobics (jogging, hula hoop, etc), and balance games (ski jumping, penguin slide, etc). The last category is for simple fun but with the unique abilities of the balance boar, you'll really feel like snowboarding for example.
The board obviously takes into account your progression and all your data. Like Wii Sports, the results will be announced through graphs showing you your daily, weekly, or monthly development. Wii Fit is a great experience, and unique in its genre. Any one stepping into a room, where there is the balance board, will directly want to try it and that's the strength of the game. You like it or you don't, but no one can deny the new sensations it can provide.
