Medieval 2: Total War is a strategy game developed by Creative Assembly and published by Sega in 2006. This is the spiritual successor of Medieval: Total War released in 2002. In this game you embody a warlord which is looking for fight and conquest. At start you choose your nation. You arrive on world map where you can manage your different towns and strongholds. Your mission is to manage and to build appropriate buildings in order to develop your strategy.
Medieval 2: Total War is also a game of management and you have to take care not to waste gold coins for unimportant things. Your army is the most important for you because it allows you to defend yourself at borders of your kingdom. You are the leader and you have to make alliances to expand yourself faster. Conquer new territories mean that you have to take towns and to fight in real time for them!
Indeed, when 2 armies meet together or if you attack a town, you arrive in the battle mode and the town is following in front of your eyes. You have to set your squads in order to optimise your chances to win. Don’t forget to have a battering ram to destroy town gates, you will earn a lot of time. Some bowmen, spearmen and the cavalry are there with deadly weapons. As one goes along you go forward in the game you will earn news type of units. This game is really full of brilliants things with unique characters, generals, assassins, diplomats and more. Live medieval war and crusades as you never have!
"Epic" doesn't quite begin to describe the scope and scale of the latest Total War game--there's a lot of strategic depth, with plenty of amazing combat to enjoy.
