Dark Messiah of Might and Magic is a first person game developed by Arkane Studios and published by Ubisoft in 2006. In despite of the fact that this game is a role playing game, this is an action game after all. It wants to generate dynamic combats. You are going to earn level and you have to choose between 3 different ways with the warrior, strong in hands to hands fighting; the thief, strong if he has to stab silently his enemies; and the wizard who can freeze his enemies or burn them into dust! The solo mode is incredible and very immersive!
Everything has been made in order not to bore the player. The solo mode in Dark Messiah of Might and Magic is a wonderful quest against the evil in a fantastic world. Everything you do has consequences of what happen after. Maps of Dark Messiah of Might and Magic have many ways of finish them. That is really great for the immersion. Moreover there are many ways to kill an enemy; you can throw him in the void, to put him on a spit by a kick, to freeze him, to put him in fire. Or you just can use you sword!

Dark Messiah wraps a dull story around repetitive combat. It's not a bad game, but its technical glitches really bring it down.
