Ratchet and Clank Up Your Arsenal is a platform game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, released in 2004 for the PlayStation 2. This game features single-player and multiplayer modes (online).

This game is the third opus in the Ratchet and Clank series; it generally received positive reviews from the gaming press; before its release it was highly anticipated, then it was praised for its graphics, and mainly for its very good multiplayer mode.
Ratchet and Clank Up your Arsenal takes place in a fictional universe. You will play again as Ratchet (a furry alien creature) and Clank a little robot. In this game you will dispose of more than 20 new weapons (each weapon has five levels of strength), and you will have to go through adventures that will lead you to defeat the robotic supervillain Dr. Nefarious who has devised a diabolical scheme to wipe out all organic life in the galaxy.

For most of the game you will play as Ratchet but in select areas you can take control of Clank. Clank can give commands to smaller robots (similar to himself) to perform tasks with the use of a command menu to solve puzzles and attack enemies.
In Up your Arsenal you can play in several online multiplayer modes (up to 8 players) called Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, and Siege (you have to storm your opponent s base and try to destroy the core power inside). The same modes are available offline but only support up to 4 players.
