Picross DS is a game developed by Jupiter Corporation and published by Nintendo. This game uses the Picross principle. This is a solo puzzle game in which you have to discover a drawing on a grid. The goal is to find black boxes which compound the drawing. You have to look at the figures placed vertically and horizontally from a fixed point to know where are the black boxes. These tell you height and width of black boxes on the same line.
In Picross DS you have to be clever and ingenious! This game can be played alone and offers a large number of incredible grids to put test your brain. The games are often fast and you can play this game in all situations. Between two subway stations, for example, or quietly placed on a deck chair in the sun.
There is a WIFI system in Picross DS. This allows you to deal with players from all around the world. There, the goal is to be the first to complete two small puzzles. Your victories make you earn ranks and the more you earn ranks the more you can fight to strengths' players. If you loose your rank is decreasing, this system allows you to meet players with your level.
