Emergency Heroes is a driving game developed and published by Ubisoft for the Wii console.

Did you ever wish to become a policeman, a firefighter or a medic' Here's your chance to be one of them, and to be one in vehicles of the future. EH takes you to a completely imaginary city, San Alto where highways and tunnels are the primary attraction.

You play as Zach Harper, an ex emergency hero as you where forced out of the city services when one of your colleagues died in training. But now, a new gang is destroying the city and you are obviously called back in service. Your missions will be to defeat the bad guys by throwing them off the road with your cop car, putting fires out as a firefighter, and of course rescue civilians as a medic.

You evolve in an open-world, which means that you can take the time to simply drive around, look at the sights and enjoy speeding as fast as you can. Unfortunately, the game is entirely driving based and there is no walking sessions. You use your wiimote to control your car, or you can use one of the many wheel accessories developed for the wii (such as the one delivered with Mario Kart ).

The game also comes with a multiplayer mode via split screen (for 2 players) and can go up to 7 players. It's in this mode that you will enjoy most of the game as each player has a different role and a different objective (cops chasing gangs, gangs escaping from cops). Emergency is aimed for a young audience but anyone can enjoy this game if you have friends to share it with.

Emergency Heroes reviews

Emergency Heroes is a lazy and repetitive open-world driving game that will bore even the younger audience that it's aimed at.
