Dungeon Runners is a massive multiplayer online role playing game developed and published by NCsoft.

Dungeon Runners is an online multiplayer game. That means, that there is no real story to follow and it's mainly quests to achieve in different dungeons. You evolve in an open world where you can meet other players to help you in your missions. Like most of the games of this genre, you're able to customize entirely your hero and choose what type of class he'll be in (ranger, warrior and mage). However, Dungeon Runners allows you to change classes as you seem fit with the opportunity of learning any skills or abilities you want (and the ones you pick will determine your class). This helps a lot during missions as you can play many roles by yourself, knowing some skills of each class.

The game has been compared to two games of its genre: World of Warcraft for its game play and Diablo II for its graphics and ambience. We can quickly see the resemblance and the inspirations for Dungeon Runners. Nevertheless, the game has its unique features such as funny dialogues and equipment names which bring some humor and distraction. The battles as well are a little bit different (at least from World of Warcraft). You won't be able to target your enemies but you will have the satisfaction to click like a madman on your mouse to destroy the beasts.

Dungeon Runners is a classic MMORPG which mainly relies on what his predecessors have done. The few unique aspects might interest you but the main selling point of the game is that it's absolutely free (well there is a paying version with added content, but it's not mandatory) to download and play. Some will find it more attractive than the monthly payment of World of Warcraft.
